Linda has been practicing yoga for over 14 years. She completed her level 1 and 2 teacher trainings at yogaview in Chicago where she practices and gets inspired by the wonderful teachers who avail them-selves to her there. Yoga classes began as a complement to Linda’s dedication to athletics, but soon yoga became the central focus of her physical, mental and spiritual expression. Linda’s classes are energetic with an emphasis on core strength and cardio-vascular capacity. She strives to guide her student’s through a practice that is both individually intuitive and personally challenging. Linda also teaches in Michigan where she owns and operates a sustainable breakfast/lunch restaurant. Linda heads up the kids and family yoga offerings at yogaview and she teaches yoga to kids at various CPS schools in the city.
