Natalie holds space for students to work deeply with gratitude and intention, to explore meditation and visualization practices, and to tap into one’s innate sense of wholeness, peace and connection.
She took her first yoga class in 1999 and has been teaching full time since 2013. Throughout the years she has practiced many styles and traditions of yoga. In that time she has discovered the most profound personal healing and purpose within yoga's restorative practices. Natalie completed her 200hr yoga training in 2012 and was 500hr certified in 2015. She was also trained in clinical massage therapy at The Soma Institute in Chicago and in the art of Thai massage at The Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand and is certified to teach the TBI community through Love Your Brain Yoga.
